Our privacy policy is very simple

We store your name, address, contact information and counselling history in our database solely to manage your booking(s), fulfilment of your counselling session(s), as well as for customer service purposes. This information is not shared with anyone outside of our company unless required by law.

If you register an account on our booking platform Jane App (www.janeapp.com), your registration data is submitted encrypted via SSL (Secure Service Layer). This also applies to messages sent and received through the booking platform.

If you pay by credit card or PayPal, your name, address, contact information, as well booking details will be submitted to our Merchant Bank (www.stripe.com), via SSL (Secure Service Layer) or PayPal (www.paypal.com). We DO NOT store your credit card information on our server and we do not have access to your credit card information, as your credit card / PayPal payment(s) is/are processed exclusively through our Merchant Bank or PayPal.

We store email correspondence or SMS messages with you in our database solely to manage your booking(s), fulfilment of your counselling session(s), as well as for customer service purposes. This information is not shared with anyone outside of our company, unless required by law.

In the event that you have given us your credit card information via telephone or email in order to complete a booking, we will immediately destroy this information after the data has been entered into the Virtual Terminal of our Merchant Bank for processing and authorization.

We DO NOT send you emails for any other purpose than: Confirming your booking(s), confirming your payment(s), or correspondence as it relates to your counselling session(s). This means that you will never receive SPAM from us.
